To cancel a service please contact us, clearly stating the service you wish to terminate along with the reason for cancellation.
Cancelled services can be terminated immediately or when they reach the end of the period currently paid for.
If we've suspended your service due to none payment, it can be reactivated within 7 days of suspension, after this point it will terminated and we can't guarantee files will be recoverable in the future.
